Hazelnut workshop. After learning all the secrets of Piedmont hazelnuts, at the desks and workshop young and old will make a cocoa and hazelnut cream of Monferrato! With your hands in the hazelnut paste, a little sugar and cocoa you will prepare a delicious spread: after a short and simple preparation you will package the jar, decorate the label.. and it's ready to take home!
Lunch at leisure. Followed by Truffle hunting for kids with dog: Our truffle dog is Becks, a hairy Lagotto with a super nose to sniff out the truffles! With small dog Blue, they are an infallible couple to sniff out the most famous underground mushroom in the world. And they will be the faithful guardian angels of the children. Based on the season it will be possible to pick hazelnuts, acorns, walnuts and succulent grapes, observe the animal tracks in the forest and learn to recognize plants and flowers. At the end, snack in winery with tasting of wine/fruit juices.
