Day 1

Arrive in Domodossola in the morning and meet with our guides. Walk around
the city of Domodossola to delight the eyes and the palate; visit a workshop to taste artisan chocolate (Piedmont excellence) and continue along the streets of the pedestrian historic centre of Domodossola with its many stories and
curiosities.
Set off to discover the foods of Ossola crossing various villages with their stone houses. Along the way, stop off to taste rigorously local wines and products, directly from the producer. Typical lunch in the area. In the afternoon, reach the town of Vogogna, also called “flower of stone” and classified as one of “the most beautiful villages in Italy”. We will walk around the small village which has remained intact over the centuries with its arcades and the Praetorian Palace, and end our visit at the magnificent medieval Castle. The castle is home to a special collection of lead soldiers, an exhibition dedicated to the wolf and a very accurate reconstruction of ancient objects and weapons. Check in at the chosen hotel.

Day 2

Breakfast and cycling route from Vogogna to Formazza. 60km of different cultures and other eras that will be discovered,
pedal by pedal, throughout the valleys. Roads that wind between ancient connecting trails like those of the Walser and the
well-known GTA. Trails, which in the past, connected the different valleys to other lands and to important medieval capitals. On arrival,
lunch in a typical restaurant, time for a little relaxation and continue to the heart of Val Formazza, immersed in the Lepontine Alps, which group together old farming settlements with small centres like Ponte, Canza, Riale scattered
along the valley telling the story
of the Walser (population of Germanic origin). In these enchanting places we will discover the famous Cascata del Toce, considered one
of the most spectacular waterfalls of the Alps. Dinner and overnight accommodation in Hotel in Riale to enjoy the Walser atmosphere.

Day 3

After breakfast, we will descend to the valley and reach the Terme di Premia to enjoy the hot spa water. This fantastic and therapeutic water is ideal for relaxing muscles and replenishing our mineral salts. The facility also offers a SPA to immerse yourself in total wellness with Turkish bath, various types of sauna, emotional showers, or a lovely massage. Possibility to eat at the Bar-restaurant of the spa facility.
Possibility to visit the town of Acqua: Crodo and its Spa Park. The facility is in Bagni di Crodo at the entrance of Valle Antigorio and hosts the salon which dispenses water managed by Unione Montana Alta Ossola. At the salon, it is possible to taste Crodo water for free, paying just a 1 euro deposit for the glass. Before returning home, visit and artisan workshop of Erba Bona, held by several women of Valle Divero, which will offer the opportunity to get to know functions and curiosities on medicinal herbs and purchase organic products such as herbal teas, liquors, preparations and more.
