Day 1

Experience a course of approach to Survival full day under the guidance of an Expert Survival and Outdoor Instructor (FISSS) and Environmental Educator.
The course is geared to hiking lovers and those who want to approach the outdoor and trekking world interactively.
The purpose is to present an empathic view of the environment thanks to the knowledge required to make a hike unique, dynamic and safe.
Basic outdoor themes handled will be:
Equipment – Outlines of natural orientation - Analysis of the territory
Dangers and living with risk - Care (precautions against insects, vipers, mammals) - First Aid basics (blocking a limb with makeshift means).
At the end of the day, transfer to Garessio one of the most beautiful villages of Italy for overnight accommodation.

Day 2

Bike itinerary (possibility to rent an e-bike) from the Maritime Alps to Baia del Sole on the heroic Garessio - Alassio stage passing across Colle San Bernardo, 74 km to emulate the great cycling champions.
Arrival in Alassio, dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 3

Choose one of the adrenaline-packed experiences offered by the city of Alassio:
whale watching – surf lessons – immersion in Gallinara - baptism of the sea – trekking – tandem flight … or, if you want, even more than one!
At the end, departure from Alassio and transfer by public transport or private transport (with surcharge) to collect your car in Garessio.
