Program
Day 1
Arrive in Moncalvo and visit farm and its olive grove. Monferrato has always been an area of olive cultivation: abandoned in favor of the more profitable vines, it has been recovered obtaining a high quality EVO oil.
Dinner in agriturismo with the flavors of Monferrato and overnight in lodge
Day 2
After breakfast, e-bike tour in the surrounding hills to discover Grazzano Badoglio Grana and Casorzo. Stop and visit the double tree (a perfect symbiosis between a mulberry and a cherry tree) and the Cooperative Winery to taste Ruchè and Malvasia of Casorzo DOC, sweet, red and unique!
Dinner at leisure and overnight accommodation
Day 3
Final day to discover the Infernots, UNESCO heritage sites, the underground cavities built in pietra da cantoni, the sandstone typical of the area. We suggest Ottiglio where it is possible to access the Carlini infernot. The view from the Church of San Michele in the hamlet of Moleto is a must-see. And then the Belvedere Infernot in Vignale Monferrato and the private infernot of a well-known winery where you will end the tour in Monferrato tasting Grignolino and Barbera.
